Managing Director

Emmee serves as the Managing Director of the Oman Trade Office US, where she leads efforts to strengthen bilateral trade and investment between Oman and the United States. With a career rooted in international trade policy and cross-border business development, Emmee brings unique expertise from her work negotiating and implementing U.S. Free Trade Agreements in the MENA region, including the U.S.-Oman FTA.

Her experience spans both public and private sectors, including executive leadership roles and strategic advisory across international markets. Emmee is recognized for her deep knowledge of global trade dynamics and her ability to guide companies through complex international frameworks.

In her role at the Oman Trade Office US, she is focused on supporting business growth, facilitating investment, and creating long-term economic partnerships between the two countries.

Nasim Sadr-Fala

Director of Strategy and Operations

Nasim serves as the Director of Strategy and Operations at the Oman Trade Office US, bringing extensive experience in international business, operational leadership, and strategic growth across regulated industries. With a strong foundation in quality management systems and process optimization, she is known for building scalable infrastructure that drives efficiency and supports long-term expansion.

Nasim has led cross-border trade operations, managed global partnerships, and advised both U.S. and international companies on market entry strategies and compliance.

Her background includes senior roles in government and private sector organizations, giving her a unique perspective on the intersection of policy and business. Having also grown a U.S.-based company with a strong international client base, Nasim understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities businesses face when expanding globally—and brings that insight into every engagement.

Grace Nazario

Trade & Marketing Associate

Grace supports the Oman Trade Office US across trade programs, market research, client engagement, and company outreach initiatives. She works closely with leadership to support client relationships, coordinate delegation activities, and drive outreach to U.S. companies exploring opportunities in Oman, while also assisting Omani entities entering the U.S. market.

In her role, Grace contributes to the execution of bilateral initiatives by supporting program logistics, conducting market analysis, and strengthening communications with partners and stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.

Prior to joining the Oman Trade Office US, Grace gained experience in marketing analytics and client strategy at TikTok and ChatterBlast Media, along with operational experience at Fox School of Business at Temple University supporting large-scale programs and internal coordination.

Her background in data-driven marketing and client support enables her to contribute to strengthening commercial ties between the United States and Oman.

Wilfred Muskens

Director of Foreign Direct Investment

Wilfred serves as the Director of Foreign Direct Investments at the Oman Trade Office US, bringing a distinguished career in international trade and investment across both public and private sectors. With deep expertise in foreign direct investment strategy, he has led global business development efforts for government agencies and international organizations, launched overseas offices, and managed trade and investment missions worldwide.

Wilfred has held senior leadership roles focused on attracting cross-border investment and supporting companies entering new markets. In addition to his public service, he has successfully built and advised international ventures across a range of industries, offering strategic insight to businesses expanding into and out of the U.S. He currently continues to serve as the Honorary Consul for the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Philadelphia, underscoring his long-standing commitment to fostering international economic partnerships.
